Further HATU (iii mg, 0.292 minol), DIPEA (0.127 mL, 0.729 minol) and 1- methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-amine (23.8 mg, 0.243 minol) were added and the reaction left to stir at rt for 1 h.
