The DCM phase was dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure and chromatographed on silica gel using EtOAc and Hexanes (75:25) as eluents to get the desired amide 16 (129.1 mg, 25 % yield) as a white solid compound. -NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-de): 1H), 7.28-7.24 (m, 2H), 7.20-7.14 (m, 3H), 3.31-3.24 (m, 2H), 2.63-2.56 (m, 2H), 1.68- 1.54 (m, 4H) ppm. MH+ = 245.3 m/z.
