After 5 minutes, the mixture was diluted with EtOAc then washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3. The organic layer was separated, concentrated and purified by preparative HPLC to yield the title compound (60 mg; purity 95%). MS m/z [M+H]+ calc’d for C27H33N5O5, 508.25. found 508.4.
