The r.m. was then cooled and diluted with EtOAc (100 ml), washed with an aq. sat. solution of NaHC03 followed by brine, dried (MgSC^), filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography over silica gel (eluent: Heptane/DCM from 100/0 to 0/100). The product fractions were collected and concentrated in vacuo, yielding 5.55 g of intermediate 60 (89 %).
