After this time, a solution ofthe crude amine in DMF (0.3 mL) was added, followed byDIPEA (16 f.LL, 90 f.tmol). The resulting solution was stirredfor 1 hour at room temperature then concentrated in vacuowhen the reaction was deemed complete by LCMS to yieldCompound 2 (16 mg), which was used without further purification.
